Dropflo is a trade name of LF8 - elevate internet (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use drop-flo.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep this short on purpose.
- Name and email address — when you join the early access waitlist or submit the fit-check form.
- Quiz answers — your responses to the 2-minute archetype quiz, used to calculate your producer archetype. Not linked to your identity unless you subsequently join the waitlist.
- Calculator inputs — number of unfinished tracks and estimated hours, if you use the graveyard calculator.
- Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). Not linked to your identity and not used for advertising.
- To manage the early access waitlist and send you updates about Dropflo.
- To understand which producer patterns are most common and shape what we build.
- To contact you about your application if you submitted a fit-check form.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) — our email platform. Your name and email are stored in Brevo to send you waitlist and product updates. Brevo is GDPR-compliant and processes data in the EU. Brevo privacy policy.
- Our own servers — form submissions are stored in a self-hosted database. Access is restricted to the dropflo team.
We keep your data for as long as you remain on the waitlist or have an active relationship with dropflo. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we will remove it from our systems and from Brevo within 30 days.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at legal@drop-flo.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by emailing us directly.
